Chair Yoga and Meditation
No previous yoga experience necessary. These gentle, relaxing exercises are designed to improve mental health and muscle strength.
Warm up this winter with gentle exercises while calming and relaxing the mind with a guided visualisation meditation.
- Saturday’s classes will focus on stretching, muscle strength and relaxation.
- Monday’s classes will focus on balance, strength and flexibility.
